The Excalibur Group is currently seeking TAM Site Supervisors in Washington, DC to provide care and support for DC residents at shelters throughout the district.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The TAM (Temporary Accommodation for Migrants) Site Supervisor is responsible for managing site operations at the TAM and serving as a point of oversight for creating a safe, healthy and structured environment for eligible migrants
- Meet with OMS staff on weekly basis and provide written progress reports based on metrics; Join ad hoc meetings to support decision making
- Ensure all supporting client data is captured as directed by the District to support all cost recovery efforts and District reporting leadership
- Confirm that all unusual incidents are reported to Office of Migrant Services staff and Operations as specified in this agreement or as required by the District
- Identify training needs and assist with training for staff
- Facilitate client all-hands meetings as required
- Uphold Office of Migrant Services standards of conduct, policies and procedures at all times
- Coordinate and conduct meetings/trainings with new staff to explain the available services, operational tempo, site partners, and performance expectations
- Analyzes and ensure facility operating plans and reports are updated daily and monthly
- Contacts 911 during emergency situations in the event that it is unclear or confirmed that no other clients or staff have called 911 when police, fire, ambulance, etc. is needed
- Be available and willing to travel to multiple locations within Washington DC and deal with multiple daily work scenarios, thinking quickly on your feet to complete assigned tasks in a professional manner.
- This position will require work to be conducted onsite and will require work on some weekends/holidays in excess of 40 hours per week with Over Time Pay.
- Job sites will be on New York Ave NE in Washington DC.
- Jobs sites are subject to change or be added based on client needs and continued employment requires you to be able to work on site.
- Must have flexible work hours to include 12 hour days and working holidays/weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of humanitarian or migrant operations experience and progressive supervisory responsibility, including management of intake and/or shelter services
- Two years of direct management experience in temporary housing facility operations and reception services required
- One year of direct service experience working with refugees, migrants, or other vulnerable populations is required.
- Spanish speaking fluency
- DC Residency preferred
- Professional Registrations or Certification including Project Management
$40/hour
