The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Computer Operator I in Washington, DC to support a local contract.


**Will be subject to a background/credit screen prior to employment.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Troubleshoots and resolves routine operating issues, collaborating closely with senior operators. May assist in performing specific tasks typically handled by a more experienced operator, under direct supervision
  • Monitors system performance and alerts senior staff to potential issues, ensuring optimal operation of all computer systems and related equipment.
  • Maintains accurate logs of system activities and incidents, documenting procedures and outcomes to support efficient workflow and compliance with agency protocols

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 years of experience troubleshooting computers.
  • Works well under supervision

PAY RATE:
$27.25/hr + H&W


HOURS OF OPERATION
Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm
Except Federal Holidays
Temporary assignment
