The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads a team in reviewing and transforming policies and operating procedures, developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance operations.
  • Direct reviews of policies, procedures, and operating frameworks to streamline operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Champions change management initiatives across organizational divisions.
  • Oversee data analysis and reporting to provide senior leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Holds overall responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of new processes, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree
  • If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted: 
    • High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
    • Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
    • Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance measurement.
  • Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.
PAY
  • $75/hour
